We were inspired by reading Julia Child's book, My Life in France, we feasted that night on all of her original recipes.  The recipes we chose were challenging and time-consuming, but they were all delicious!  We really appreciated Julia's detailed instructions!  If you're up for a challenge and you have time to spend in the kitchen, try these tested recipes.  Bon Apetit!
